Blissful Blooms 2018 Paper Pumpkin Kit - Alternate Treat Project - I

It's another gorgeous day outside today with a high temp of 74.  Some clouds are moving in and there is a 10% chance of a little shower or two for this afternoon. It's just so calm and peaceful and truly a nice day to enjoy!

My share for today is an Alternate Treat Project that I designed using Stampin' Up!'s August 2018 Paper Pumpkin Kit called Blissful Blooms.  Let's take a look:

I LOVE to make Alternate Projects and Cards from Stampin' Up!'s Paper Pumpkin and Blissful Blooms is the perfect kit to make Alternate's.

So...Pictured above is one of the Card Bases from the kit.  This one has the Butterfly on it.

Pictured above are the two templates that I can up with for my Treat Projects.

Using my Stampin' Trimmer, I trimmed off 3-1/8" from the White Card Base End (the back of the card when the card is closed).

I scored across the Flowers (just above the Butterflies' Wing) which would be 1-11/16" up from the bottom of the Card Base.

The top score line is the Natural Pre-Scored Line.

Today, I used the Template with the Butterfly pictured on the left above.

So, for the Left Butterfly Template:

   2-7/8" x 5-3/8" - Score Lines are at 1-1/8" and 3-5/8"
The 1-1/8" is the Natural Pre-Scored Line.

For the Right Flowers Template:

  2-5/8" x 5-3/8" - Score Lines are the same at 1-1/8" and 3-5/8"
This Template is the same as the Left Butterfly Template except it is 1/8" narrower.

I stamped a row of Hearts in Flirty Flamingo Ink across the inside Flap as shown in the picture above.

I trimmed out a panel of Daffodil Delight Cardstock to measure 2-1/8" x 2-1/2" and adhered it to the center section with Mono Multi Purpose Glue.

I stamped my Sentiment on the Silver Foil lined Label with the Blackberry Bliss Classic Ink Spot that came in the kit.  I taped down the flaps on the back of my Chocolate Square and adhered my Label to the Chocolate Square with Glue Dots.  I then adhered the Chocolate Square to the Center of my Treat Holder with more Glue Dots.

I adhered one Vellum and one Lemon Lime Twist Vellum to the bottom Flap of my Treat Holder with Mono Multi Purpose Glue.

I stamped the Flower in Daffodil Ink on to the leftover White piece from the Card Base and fussy cut it out.

I stamped the Flower Center in Blackberry Bliss Ink onto the small circle of Cardstock that was in-between the Silver Lined Labels that was left over after removing the Labels from the Label Sheet that was in the kit.   I adhered the Flower Center to the Flower with a Glue Dot and then to the Vellum Leaf Stems with Mono Multi Purpose Glue.

I cut a length of Stampin' Up!'s 3/8" Berry Burst Mini Ruffled Ribbon, wrapped it around the Treat Holder and tied it into a knot.  This made for a cute, cute Ribbon Belly Band.

These will be so fun to hand out to friends and guests so I can see making up a bunch of these Treat Holders.

PLEASE GIVE CREDIT WHERE CREDIT IS DUE!

I recently discovered that people are using my cards and/or projects, duplicating them and entering them into challenges, using them for their own card classes and (using them on their blogs as their own creations) - Please give credit where credit is due.  My cards and projects are my own creations and are not to be used in challenges, blog hops, card classes or sold at craft shows; etc., for profit.  I don't mind if you duplicate my creativity to pass on to family members or friends as gifts or Occasions cards; but,  PLEASE be considerate of others creativity!  Thank you!
