I was able to make some alternate cards yesterday with Stampin' Up's Pining for Plaid Paper Pumpkin Kit that sold out in just a half hour. Let's take a look at my first alternate card:
I trimmed out a piece of one of the Card Bases in the Pining for Plaid Paper Pumpkin Kit to measure 3" x 3" and adhered it to the back of one of the Card Front Panels with Mono Multi Purpose Glue. I then adhered the Card Front Panel to my Card Base with Stampin' Dimensionals.
Using SU's Trim Your Stockings Thinlits Dies, I die cut the Large Snowflake from Real Red Cardstock and the Smaller Snowflake from Whisper White Cardstock.
Using SU's Seasonal Tags Framelits Dies, I die cut the Small Snowflake from Gold Foil Cardstock.
I adhered the 3 Snowflakes together with Mono Multi Purpose Glue in the Center of the Snowflakes only as shown in the picture above.
I adhered one Sequin and one Gold Star Sequin from the Kit to the center of my Snowflake with SU's Fine Tip Glue Bottle Adhesive.
I stamped the White Banner from the Kit in Real Red Ink, adhered it to the Gold Banner from the Kit and to my Card with Mono Multi Purpose Glue.
For the inside of my Card:
Using SU's Labels to Love Stamp Set, I stamped my Sentiment in Real Red Ink onto Whisper White Cardstock.
Using SU's Layering Ovals, I die cut out my Sentiment with the 1-7/8" x 2-3/4" Oval. I then die cut the 2-1/4" x 3-1/4" Scalloped Oval from Real Red Cardstock. I adhered the two Ovals together and to the inside of my Card with Mono Multi Purpose Glue.
I adhered 3 more Sequins from the Kit to the Pine Bough with SU's Fine Tip Glue Bottle Adhesive.
My Card is a very simple and easy alternate Card to make with the contents of the Pining for Plaid Paper Pumpkin Kit.

PLEASE GIVE CREDIT WHERE CREDIT IS DUE!
I recently discovered that people are using my cards and/or projects, duplicating them and entering them into challenges, using them for their own card classes and (using them on their blogs as their own creations) - Please give credit where credit is due. My cards and projects are my own creations and are not to be used in challenges, blog hops, card classes or sold at craft shows; etc., for profit. I don't mind if you duplicate my creativity to pass on to family members or friends as gifts or Occasions cards; but, PLEASE be considerate of others creativity! Thank you!
