Stampin' Up! One in a Melon June 2017 Paper Pumpkin Kit, Alternate 3D Project, 3 x 3 Cards & Holder - 6

Thank you to everyone who sent cards, left comments and for all the thoughts and prayers!  You are all so much appreciated!!!

I'm still not quite up to par yet.  The severe infection, surgery, hospital stay and recovering has left me exhausted.  I'm having a real rough time getting my energy back and getting back into my normal routine.  So please bear with me as I continue to recover.  I may just do a couple blog posts a week until I regain my strength and then, hopefully, my goal is to get back to blogging 5 days a week.

We had some nasty storms move through just South of us last night and it has sure cooled off here.  The thermometer has not even hit 70 degrees yet at noon.  Brrrr......  It is mostly sunny out though so maybe it will warm up some more yet.

My share for today is another of Stampin' Up's One in a Melon June 2017 Paper Pumpkin Kit alternate 3D projects that I designed.

Let's take a look:

I LOVE to make 3D Projects and the One in a Melon June 2017 Paper Pumpkin Kit is perfect for making all kinds of Cards and Projects.

Here is a recap of the 3" x 3" cards that I designed....

And the Envelopes...

And, finally eh!, the 3" x 3" Card Holder Box...

My 3" x 3" Card Holder is basically made the same as the Nugget Holder that I made on June 28 only larger.

I trimmed out a piece of Lemon Lime Twist Cardstock to measure 3-3/4" x 5-3/4".  I scored it with the Short Side of the Cardstock at the top of my trimmer at 1-1/4" in from both sides.  I scored the Long Side at 1-1/4" in from both sides.  I cut up the side flaps to the score lines, adhered my Tear & Tape Adhesive to the flaps and folded the box up.

I die cut 2 pieces of the Watermelon Rind Treat Bag using SU's Layering Ovals using the 2-5/8" x 3-9/16" Oval.

I die cut 2 pieces of the Watermelon Tissue Paper using the 1-13/16" x 2-3/4" Oval.

I scored both Watermelon Rind Cardstock Ovals at 1/8" on the bottom and adhered them to the front and back of the box by tucking the 1/8" underneath the box with Mono Multi Purpose Glue.

I adhered the Watermelon Tissue Paper Ovals to the Center of each Watermelon Rind Oval.

I trimmed out a piece of a Lemon Lime Cardstock at 1/2" x 11" for the Handle and adhered it to the inside of each end of the Box.

Plenty of room for the 4 Cards and Envelopes.  What a fun and cute Summer gift for anyone and a picnic favorite!

The last thing to do is to tie a piece of SU's Lemon Lime Twist Ombre Ribbon into a pretty Bow and adhere it to the front of the Box.  The Ombre Ribbons are just my FAVE!!!

I hope you enjoyed my project today!  Hopefully, I can make it back tomorrow.  Thanks for stopping by my blog!

I recently discovered that people are using my cards and/or projects, duplicating them and entering them into challenges, using them for their own card classes and (using them on their blogs as their own creations) - Please give credit where credit is due.  My cards and projects are my own creations and are not to be used in challenges, blog hops, card classes or sold at craft shows; etc., for profit.  I don't mind if you duplicate my creativity to pass on to family members or friends as gifts or Occasions cards; but,  PLEASE be considerate of others creativity!  Thank you!
