My share for today is a Card I made that is a take-off from a Card that was designed and shared with us by Stampin' Up.  I did change a few things up.

Let's take a look:

My Card Base is Calypso Coral Cardstock cut at 5-1/2" x 8-1/2" and scored and folded at 4-1/4".

Using Stampin' Up's new Daisy Delight Stamp Set, I stamped the Large Daisy in Calypso Coral Ink to cover the the Card Base.  I stamped the Daisy once, then rotated the stamp and stamped again to create a fuller flower.

I colored in my Daisy Flower petals with my Calypso Coral Water Color Pencil and the Daisy Flower Centers with my Daffodil Delight Water Color Pencil.  I haven't used my Water Color Pencils enough and it was fun to sit and color with them.

Using SU's Stitched Square Framelits Dies, I die cut out two hollow squares from Soft Sky Cardstock and adhered them to my Card Base with small pieces of Stampin' Dimensionals.

I cut a length of SU's 1/2" Lace Trim, folded it and adhered it with with a few Stampin' Dimensionals in the center only as shown in the picture above.

Using SU's new Daisy Delight Stamp Set, I stamped 2 Large Daisies and 4 small Daisies in Calypso Coral Ink onto Shimmery White Cardstock and used my Calypso Coral Water Coral Pencil to color all the Daisies.  I punched out the two Large Daisies and fussy cut out the 4 small Daisies.  I stamped my Flower Center in Daffodil Delight Ink onto Shimmery White Cardstock and colored it with my Daffodil Delight Water Color Pencil.

I stamped 4 Detailed Image Leaves in Old Olive Ink and stamped the Leaves again with the Solid Image Leaf by stamping off once onto a scrap piece of Cardstock and then onto the Leaves without re-inking.

I wound a small length of Silver Metallic Thread and adhered it to my Card with a Stampin' Dimensional.

I adhered the two Large Daisies together with a Stampin' Dimensional and to my Card Base with another Stampin' Dimensional.  I adhered the Flower Center to my Large Daisy with Mono Multi Purpose Glue.

I put a small dab of Mono Multi Purpose Glue onto the ends of the Small Daisies and Leaves and tucked them under the Large Daisy as shown in the picture above.

I stamped my Sentiment in Old Olive Ink on a piece of Shimmery White Cardstock cut at about 1-1/8" x 5".  I punched both ends using SU's new Pretty Label Punch and adhered it to my card with Stampin' Dimensionals as shown in the picture above.

I adhered two Small and one Medium Basic Jewel Rhinestone as shown in the picture above.

What a fun and relaxing card to make.  I just love all the fun elements and embellishments that went into this card.

That's all I have for today.  I hope you enjoyed my blog post and thanks for stopping by!
