Stampin' Up All Boxed Up - Butterflies and Birds

What a beautiful day it was in Midland, Michigan today.  Some places in Michigan set record highs beating out records set back in 1990.  Fine by me!

I've been thinking about butterflies and birds with all the warmer weather going on so I decided to use them in my Stampin' Up All Boxed Up project today.  Let's take a look:

This has got to be my FAVE Stampin' Up card stock color combination.  It's Schoolhouse card stock pack.  It has 24 sheets; 8 of each color (Pool Party, Daffodil Delight, Tangerine Tango).  I just LOVE these colors together.  So, 3 colors, 3 All Boxed Up boxes.

Each box has a butterfly on the front and the back.  I used Stampin' Up's Bold Butterfly Framelits and Butterflies Thinlits to make each butterfly.

For the leaves, I used a piece of SU's Home for Christmas Designer Series Paper which is Mossy Meadow Green with some white berries on it.  I die cut each leaf using SU's Leaflets Framelits dies.

I pulled some threads from SU's 1 1/4" Burlap ribbon and tied it around each butterfllies belly for the antenna's.

There are 5 Basic Jewel Pearls lined up for the body of each butterfly.  I colored two Basic Jewel Rhinestones for the eye's.

On the other two sides of each box are birds that I made using Stampin' Up's Bird Builder Punch.  I also LOVE SU's Builder Punches.  So much fun to play, I mean, work with.

I colored Basic Jewel Pearls for the eye on each bird.

That's all I have for today.  Hope you enjoyed my project.  Thanks for stopping by my blog!!!
