Prince & Princess, Designer Series Papers - Hi, Gorgeous Card

It's a mixture of sun and clouds today with a slight rain shower possible in Midland, Michigan today.  Our high temp for today is 81F with a low of 61F for tonight.  The winds are light and variable.

My share for today is a Hi, Gorgeous Card that I designed using the new Prince & Princess Stamp Set and more.  Let's take a look:

I think my most FAVE Card Designing is creating scenes.  The Prince & Princess Stamp Set is really fun for all kinds of people.  Precious for the Youngsters and Sweet and Fun for the Middle Agers and the Oldsters.  😊😊😊

My Card Base is Old Olive Cardstock.

The Top Card Front Panel is from the new Bloom Where You're Planted Designer Series Paper.  I trimmed the Panel out to measure 3-3/4" x 4".

The Bottom Card Front Panel is from the new You're A Peach Designer Series  Paper.  I trimmed the Panel out to measure 2" x 4".

I adhered the Top and Bottom Card Front Panels together and to my Card with Mono Multi Purpose Glue.

Using the Prince & Princess Stamp Set, I stamped the Swan, the Crown, the Cattails and the Lily pads in Memento Black Ink onto Whisper White Cardstock.

Using my Stampin' Blends in Light & Dark, I colored my images with Crumb Cake, Pumpkin Pie, Old Olive and Mango Melody.  (The crown is for the inside of my Card.)

I fussy cut out all my colored images.

I trimmed off a smidge on the bottom of the Swan and adhered it to my Card with both Stampin' Dimensionals and Mono Multi Purpose Glue.  (I took a close up of the Swan so you can see that I adhered the Body and the Head of the Swan with Stampin' Dimensionals and the Neck with Mono Multi Purpose Glue.  This gives the Swan a more 3D look; like the Swan is turning its Head to see something in the water.)

I adhered the Foliage for the Cattails with Mono Multi Purpose Glue leaving the tops free of adhesive so I could tuck and adhere the Cattails behind the Foliage.

I adhered two Lily Pads with Mono Multi Purpose Glue and the center Lily Pad with Mini Stampin' Dimensionals.

Since I forgot to stamp the Water Lines underneath the Swan on the front of my Card, I stamped them in Balmy Blue Ink onto a panel of the You're A Peach DSP.

I stamped 'Hi, Gorgeous' on top of the Water Lines in Old Olive Ink.

I then adhered the Crown above the 'H' in the word 'Hi' with Mono Multi Purpose Glue.
