Bold Butterfly Bottle Holder

Say that three times real fast!  =)

I made these holders for stamping friends who come over and stamp in my Studio.  I normally put them on a full bottle of water with their FAVE drink mix in the pocket.  All they have to do is add the drink mix to the water, shake it up and drink it.  Here's a close-up.

Here's the instructions:

Card Stock - 7 3/4" x 2 1/4"
Score 2" in from each end
Fold score lines in opposite directions

Patterned Paper - 3 3/8" x 1 7/8"
Glue to front in between center score lines

Punch a 1 3/8" circle centered in between top 2 score lines
Punch another 1 3/8" circle in a piece of solid color card stock and then Punch a 1 3/4" scalloped circle around the 1 3/8" circle
Glue scalloped ring piece around the 1 3/8" circle in top of holder

Apply adhesive tape to both sides of bottom of holder and fold it up to form pocket.

Embellish and put drink mix in pocket.  You can also insert different items into the pocket like tickets, a piece of thin candy, a spoon; etc.

I used Stampin' Up's  Bold Butterfly Framelits Dies and Butterflies Thinlits Dies to die cut the two pieces of the butterfly out of SU Blackberry Bliss card stock and used Stampin' Dimensionals to pop up the top piece.  Three SU Jewel Rhinestones were adhered down the center of the butterfly.

My center Polka Dot piece is SU So Saffron Background paper (retired).  Stampin' Up has some really gorgeous new Background papers in the 2015-2016 Annual Catalog.

I used SU Old Olive cardstock for the leaves that I punched out with the SU Bird Builder punch and SU Garden Green card stock for the outside flower punched with the SU Fancy Flower punch (retired).  I stamped a flower from SU's Flower Shop stamp set with SU Rose Red Ink on Rose Red card stock and punched it out with the SU Pansy Punch.  I stamped a 1/2" circle with SU So Saffron Ink and shined it up with SU Crystal Effects.
